Product design for a premium destination domain that integrates hotel, ski and spa into a single, seamless experience.
The Challenge
The owners of this premium domain wanted to develop a proof of concept for a tourism web application which integrated hotel, ski and spa offerings from different providers under a single platform.
The Solution
I was commissioned to lead the product definition process and carry out all interface design, in coordination with the client and the technology partner, with whom extensive research and benchmarking of service providers took place.
